I purchased this 6 iron about a month and a half ago now and I LOVE it. I guess I hit the ground during one of my rounds too hard and the head slightly bent. I did not have a warranty. I messaged MAZEL and sent them photos and their response was: they are so confident in their products durability I MUST have received a defective product, and they sent me a new club free of charge. I did not have to beg, I did not have to fight it, they did right by me from the very first message and I am thrilled about it.
